Who we are
Pulse Code is operated by Brandistries LLC. Contact: support@claudepulse.cloud.
What the service does
Pulse Code tracks Claude Code token usage across every machine you work on, and shows exactly which project, MCP server and scheduled job spent it.
Your account
- You are responsible for keeping your password and API keys to yourself.
- An API key can be revoked at any time from your settings, and takes effect immediately.
- One person or organisation per account. Team seats are for one organisation.
Payment
- Paid plans bill monthly in advance through Stripe. We never see your card details.
- Cancel whenever you like. You keep the plan you paid for until that period ends.
- If a payment fails, we keep your access while Stripe retries, then drop you to the free tier.
- No refunds for partial months, but tell us if something went wrong and we will sort it out.
Your data
- Your usage data is yours. Export it as CSV or JSON at any time on a paid plan.
- We do not sell it, and we do not train anything on it.
- Deleting your account deletes your data after a seven-day grace period.

What we do not promise
- The service is provided as is. We work hard on it but do not guarantee it is never down.
- Cost figures are our calculation from the token counts Claude Code records, using a price table we maintain. They are not an invoice. Anthropic's own billing is the authority on what you actually owe.
- Per-tool context figures are estimates, and are labelled as such wherever they appear. The methodology page explains exactly how they are derived.
Ending it
You can close your account at any time. We may close an account that is being used to attack the service or anyone else, and we will tell you why.
Changes
If these terms change in a way that matters, we will email you before it takes effect.
